Warrington Advice Network

"Our aim is to strengthen the voice of people living in Warrington who face discrimination, disadvantage and social isolation.

We are passionate about enabling people to get their voice heard, to take action, secure their rights and achieve real change in their lives."

Warrington Speak Up

We work hard to provide the quality advocacy services for people in Warrington. Staff, volunteers, trustees and self-advocates work together to ensure that what we do is the best it can be.

  • The people we support are at the heart of the organisation and influence what we do and the way we work.

  • Our loyalty is to the person we support, taking their side and expressing their views.

  • We support self-advocacy, encouraging people wherever possible to speak for themselves.

  • We work in a way that helps people feel valued, respected and included.

  • We act professionally on what we are told, thinking creatively and trying to resolve problems at the lowest level.

  • We work in partnership with the people we support and with partner organisations in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.

  • We aim to be person centred in everything we do, using creative and personalised approaches to aid communication.
